I started a batch of mead, but it is not fermenting.  I'm using Champagne yeast and I proofed the yeast, so I know that is good.

SG is 1.132.  I followed a dry Mead recipe.

Any help trouble shooting would be appreciated.  Thanks

 just read about the lack of fermentation with the mead. Since it has been like six months since you posted I thought I would ask how you made out with it instead of offering advice. I was wondering what recipe you used.
