I just stabilized our BC Pinot the other day.  We tasted it and I think it will be a very good drink, and its a very nice purple color.  I will keep you posted.

We bottled our BC Pinot Noir last night and it turned out very well.  It is a very nice color to it with subtle fruit flavor and is not too sweet.  I would make this one again. Wine kits are a lot of work, but the end results are worth it.
