I have been aging this for almost six weeks now.  Once I get a couple of days off I will taste this again and give a full review.  You know how it is I have had a few in between, but not for almost two weeks.  I will see how it has changed since then...  Update soon......

This turned out to be a nice clean beer.  It does not have much in the way of a head, unless I did something wrong.  It is nice and clear till you chill it down just like a true wheat beer should do.  It does taste pretty good balence of hops and malt.  I took several of them and bottle them with some cherry flavoring.  They turned out good aswell a sutle cherry flavor and not any medicineny after taste.  I also did a few with lemon extract, but I have not tried one yet..

Happy brewing!
